Sarah James – How to Grow Matches
S. A. Leavesley/Sarah James is a poet, fiction writer, journalist and editor, fitting words around life and life around words. Overton Poetry Prize winner 2015, she is author of four poetry collections, two pamphlets, a touring poetry-play and a novella. Her poetry has been published by the Financial Times, the Guardian, The Forward Book of Poetry 2016, on Worcestershire buses and in the Blackpool Illuminations. Sean Magnus Martin – Flood-Junk
Sean Magnus Martin is a poet from the Lake District. He won the 2015 Battered Moons poetry competition and was shortlisted in the 2015 Outspoken poetry prize. He was also published in Bath Spa University’s 2017 MA anthology, Plume. After recently finishing his MA, Sean is hoping to pursue a PhD project in the form of a collection of animal persona poetry.
Jane Lovell – Metastatic
Jane Lovell is the Poetry Society Stanza Rep for Mid Kent. She has had work published in a number of anthologies and journals including Agenda, Earthlines, Poetry Wales, Mslexia, Magma, the North, the Honest Ulsterman, Dark Mountain and Zoomorphic. She won the Flambard Prize in 2015 and was recently shortlisted for the Basil Bunting Prize. Jane’s first collection is to be published by Agenda Editions in 2018.
